Post-Christmas Massacre

Hi!

Well, it’s been a month into 2016 and we haven’t really shared anything new. As always, it’s not that we don’t have anything to share…we just don’t seem to get around to it! A week ago, I took a walk I’ve taken several hundred times before – to the university. Along the way, I always find something new to shoot, be it a scenery, detail or downright macro photography. Suddenly, I found my way blocked by a pile of dead christmas trees.  Our family has switched to plastic tree many years ago, so we don’t contribute to this ourselves, and maybe that’s why it seemed quite decadent to me. I don’t claim this one to be an artistic photo. To me, this is only to show the senseless waste…
